How do we charge?

 

With our lawn care packages, we base our prices on the size of your lot in square feet, before improvments. Period!

 

 

Find Your Lot Size 

 

If you don’t know your lot size visit the Rutherford County Appraiser’s Office website. Once there, from the menu options select "Search Property Data”. Next, select "Click to Search for Real Property". You may find your home either through "Owner's Name" or "Property Address". Please note, DO NOT ENTER street suffixes (ct, rd, st). After you enter you info, you will have to scroll down and you should see your name and address, click on "View".

 

This will take you to a map of your property. Once you have the property information page, look under the section entitled Dimensions or Deed/Calc Acres or you can click on, Property Mapand manually measure your lot. Simply multiply the dimensions and arrive at your square footage. You should see two numbers seperated by " X ". However, we will verify your property to make sure the SqFt is accurate.

We are experienced enough to know how long a job will take us without seeing your property. We don't waste your time putting on a show, sizing you up, trying to figure out how much we think you are willing to pay. Prices are fair across the board, no matter what neighborhood you live in or what kind of car you drive.

 

There are no hidden fees or surcharges – we're completely transparent – our prices are listed right below. You can sign up and make a payment immediately without waiting for someone to come out and do an estimate.

 

We price this way to provide you with the simplest, most transparent method for taking care of your lawn service needs. We’ll assess your property based on the information provided on the County Assessor’s website, and charge accordingly based on the table we have provided below.

 

Choose Your Plan

 

Once you've found your lot size, reference the table below. Pick your plan and billing preference and click the button to make a payment and/or enroll. Please remember to make sure the Property Address you intend to have us service is identified in either the “Ship To” or “Special Instructions” area of your payment so we know which lawn to cut. If all of that sounds too complicated, just give us a call, and we’ll get back to you with specific instructions on how to proceed.

 

This plan allows you to pay on a weekly basis. This will allow you to pay each time you need service. Please note, a surcharge could be added for lawns that are overgrown and require extra attention. So, make sure to get your lawn mowed weekly when lawns are actively growing. To maintain a healthy lawn, we urge you to get your lawn cut weekly if needed.

 

 

Weekly (Bi-Weekly Lawn Maintenance is unavilable at this time)

 

This plan allows you to pay on a weekly. This will allow you to pay each time you need service. Please note, a surcharge could be added for lawns that are overgrown and require extra attention. So, make sure to get your lawn mowed weekly when lawns are actively growing. To maintain a healthy lawn, we urge you to get your lawn cut weekly if needed.
